Before you get in touch — quick answers

Where is my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take? Metro areas: 3–7 business days. Regional and rural areas: 5–10 business days. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Take a photo and send it to us through the form above with your order number. We'll sort a replacement or refund for you within 2 business days. Full details on our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Contact us immediately through the form above and include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this stage — we ship to Australian addresses only.
