Shipping within Australia

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Remote areas (NT, far north QLD, outback WA) Up to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, and major public holidays).

We want to make it easy for the whole family to gear up — so we cover the cost once you hit the threshold.


Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then get in touch with us at our Contact page and we'll sort it out.


Processing times

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods (major race seasons, holiday sales), processing may take up to 2 business days. We'll always communicate any delays via email.


International shipping

At this stage, Level Up Run ships to Australian addresses only. We're a proudly Australian operation and want to make sure we do local deliveries well before expanding further.


Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you've entered an incorrect address and your order hasn't yet been dispatched, contact us immediately via our Contact page and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier and work quickly to get a replacement sent to you at no additional cost.

We're a family business and we genuinely care about every order that goes out. If something's gone wrong, we'll fix it.
