How to find your tracking number

Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used at checkout. It typically looks like this:

  • Australia Post: a combination of letters and numbers, e.g. EP123456789AU
  • StarTrack: a numeric code, e.g. 1234567890

If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there either, contact us and we'll look it up for you.


Delivery timeframes

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) 3–7 business days
Regional and rural areas 5–10 business days
Remote areas (NT, far north QLD, outback WA) Up to 14 business days

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, please get in touch.


Haven't received your order?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived:

  1. Check the tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check if a delivery card has been left at your address (the parcel may be at your local post office)
  3. Check with neighbours in case it was left with them
  4. If none of the above, contact us and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier
