Two flexible spring stabilisers on each side give genuine medial and lateral support — steadying the knee against the sideways movement that causes most running knee pain, especially on uneven trails and downhills. The open-patella design with a built-in EVA/silicone gel pad ring surrounds the kneecap to relieve pressure and improve tracking, rather than squashing it flat like a plain sleeve. Multiple hook-and-loop straps let you fine-tune compression for a snug but non-restrictive fit, while wavy silicone anti-slip strips on the inside stop the brace sliding down mid-run. Breathable fabric keeps it comfortable through a full session.

Sizing and fit

To check it'll fit you, measure the circumference of your leg just above the knee where the brace will sit — it suits a thigh circumference of roughly 27–36 cm, and a user weight range of about 40–90 kg. Wear over a thin layer or directly on skin. Sold as a pair — one for each knee.
