Built for runners
The dual-zone surface does two jobs: high-profile diamond-shaped points mimic a therapist's fingertips for deep trigger-point release, while smoother, flatter zones give a gentler massage on sensitive muscle groups. A crescent-shaped spinal channel runs through the centre to cradle your spine, so you can roll out your back safely without pressing directly on the vertebrae. Inside is a high-density solid PP core — unlike hollow rollers that crack or lose shape over time, this one holds firm under loads up to 200kg. The non-toxic, odour-free EVA foam outer is firm enough for real deep-tissue work but has enough give for comfort, and wipes clean after use. At 45cm long it's enough to roll your full IT band or both calves at once, but at just 0.6kg it still slips into a gym bag.
How runners use it
Post-run: roll each major muscle group (calves, quads, hamstrings, IT band) for 60–90 seconds while the muscles are still warm.
Pre-run: 30 seconds per muscle group to increase blood flow and mobility before you head out.
IT band syndrome: roll the outer thigh slowly, pausing on tender spots for 20–30 seconds to release tension.
Back and shoulders: use the spinal channel to roll the muscles either side of your spine safely.
Recovery days: a full lower-body roll session to flush out stiffness between hard sessions.
