Inside, a silicone patella ring and shock-absorbing layers distribute pressure evenly around the kneecap and cushion the joint through every footstrike, while reinforced side stabilisers add stability where the knee needs it most. The 3D-knitted, moisture-wicking fabric keeps you cool and dry on long runs, and wave-textured silicone grips anchor the sleeve in place so it won't slide down mid-run, even on dynamic movements like running, squatting, or bending.

Sizing and fit

This sleeve comes in one size (Medium), which fits a thigh circumference of 35–39 cm (13.8″–15.4″). To find your size, measure around your thigh about 10 cm (4 inches) above the centre of your kneecap — if you fall within this range, the sleeve will sit snug and supportive without restricting circulation.
