Five colour-coded resistance levels let you progress from rehab and activation work (Green, 2–4 lbs) right up to heavy strength sessions (Black, 20–30 lbs). How runners use them

Pre-run activation: lateral band walks and clamshells with the Yellow or Red band, 2 minutes per side, to wake up the glute medius before you head out.
Hip and ITB strength: standing hip abductions and monster walks with Red or Black, 3 sets of 12, twice a week.
Ankle stability: resisted ankle eversion and inversion with Green or Blue to bulletproof against rolled ankles.
Recovery and mobility: shoulder dislocates and hip openers with Green for post-run mobility work.
